Identity verification

Every account is verified against Canadian FINTRAC-aligned identity standards before funds move or gold is allocated.

Encrypted documents

KYC documents are uploaded to a private, access-controlled store — never publicly accessible and only reviewable by authorised staff.

Allocated custody

Vault-stored gold is fully allocated to the customer, segregated from company inventory and reconciled to physical stock.

Row-level access

The platform enforces per-row database access rules — customers only see their own holdings, orders and documents.

Auditable pricing

Every order snapshots the live spot price, premium and taxes at confirmation. The breakdown is preserved for you and for us.

Insured fulfilment

Insured delivery and in-store pickup follow chain-of-custody procedures with signature capture at handover.
